We are looking for a Finance manager to fill our Reporting and Analytics Centre of Excellence Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key function in transforming how financial data, analytics, and reporting are delivered. By building a best-in-class Centre of Excellence, this role enables you to shape the future of FP&A at the company, driving efficiency and creating real business impact.
In your role you will lead continuous improvement across the organisation in financial reporting, planning, and analytics capabilities.
You will require a blend of strong FP&A expertise, collaboration, and influencing skills to drive strategic initiatives, champion automation, and enhance data governance practices.
Working closely with Business unit FP&A teams, Group Finance and IT's Data as a Service function, this role acts as a key bridge between finance and technology. It drives improvements in reporting processes, and analytics capabilities while enabling teams to adopt modern tools and approaches effectively.
You will lead a team of 3 and you will partner with business unit finance teams to deliver scalable planning and reporting solutions.
You will have direct access to the Group Financial Planning Director, the Group CFO, and Business Unit Finance Directors within a FTSE 250 Plc.
