Genus PLC has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a Data Catalog Architect to lead the data catalog program at Genus. The position is located remotely. The Data Catalog Architect has primary accountability for the continued implementation and roadmap of the Genus Data Catalog. This role defines, implements, and manages all aspects of the catalog design, stewardship policy, and governance of the various databases and data assets across Genus as it relates to the catalog. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating these needs into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful enabled for inclusion into the Data Catalog.
The successful candidate possesses an analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as well as the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business environments. The candidate has strong leadership and mentorship capabilities and is a strong and influential communicator who builds effective relationships and partnerships with stakeholders. You thrive within a dynamic, cross-functional, multidisciplinary organization building strong partnerships and leading cross-functional project teams.
