Warehouse Operative - 12 month Fixed term Contract

We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team! If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive environment, this role is perfect for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders
• Handling goods-in and goods-out
• Dispatching shipments
• Stock management and inventory checks

Working hours:

Weeks 1 to 3 within the month:

• 36 hours per week, worked over Monday to Thursday.
• Starting work at 7am and ending at 4.30pm.
• 30 minutes paid lunch break on the 4 full days.  

Week 4 within the month:

• 40 hours per week, worked over Monday to Friday.
• Monday to Thursday: Starting work at 7am and ending at 4.30pm.
• Friday: Starting at 8am and ending at 12 noon.
• 30 minutes paid lunch break on the 4 full days.  

Note that during the onboarding process you will go through rigorous security checks before joining us

• Carefully handle and store genetic assets in liquid nitrogen for both UK and international customers.
• Ensure all shipments meet country-specific packing and export requirements.
• Meet strict distribution deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
