Role Overview

We are looking for an International Tax Manager to oversee global tax compliance, manage transfer pricing policies, and support international expansion.

 

You will ensure compliance with Pillar Two regulations, oversee Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting, and provide tax-efficient structuring advice to support business growth.

 

You will need to collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to manage tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Some international travel may be required.
  • This role reports to the Group Tax Manager and collaborates closely with finance, legal, and operations teams.

You Will

  • Pillar Two Compliance – Implement and manage global minimum tax calculations using Orbitax, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Country-by-Country Reporting (CbC) – Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial disclosures.
  • Transfer Pricing – Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies aligned with operational models and global tax standards.
  • International Expansion Support – Assess tax implications of business growth, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and mitigating risks.
  • Year-End Tax Reporting – Assist in reporting for international entities, including tax provisions, deferred taxes, and audits.

Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a professional tax/accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA, ADIT).
  • Experience
    • Proven background in international tax, including Pillar Two and CbC reporting.
    • Experience developing and implementing transfer pricing policies.
    • Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and international tax regulations.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced business environment.
    • Experience advising on international expansion and corporate structuring.
    • Familiarity with specialist tax software and tax reporting processes.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
