As the Payroll Analyst you will perform deep-dive data analysis into payroll, time and attendance, and accounting practices for multiple countries within EMEA, North America, Latin America, and Asia to ensure compliance.
You should have a comprehensive knowledge of payroll accounting activities, including journal entry processing, monthly accruals, and account reconciliations. You will also carry out research relative to payroll, tax, garnishment, and general ledger activity.
You will play a key role in identifying and correcting discrepancies and collaborating across teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. This role supports payroll for over 3,300 employees across 27 countries.
Additionally as part of your role you will assist in the global (25 countries) transition to a payroll provider with whom we have partnered with to transition payroll and time and attendance.
You will be part of the core team responsible for this transition and focus on researching payroll, time and attendance, as well as HR-related requirements to ensure the new platform is designed and implemented according to each country's legal requirements, as well as improving overall efficiencies
You can work fully remotely, but if you are commutable to one of our offices (Basingstoke or Stapeley) then you can choose to utilise the offices as you please, however there is no in office stipulation
