Customer Services and Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a GB Customer Services Administrator to join our team in our Head office in Nantwich, Cheshire.

The role is predominantly inbound phoned based, and you will spend your time each day taking enquiries from Genus Sales Staff (70%) and Genus customers (30%).

• Assisting and supporting GB Field Sales and Support staff with tablet device help & support, providing vital customer information from our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) over the phone
• Liaising closely with GB Customer Accounts, Dairy/Beef product Mangers, Supply Chain Team & warehouses
• Taking Ownership, Handling, recording and investigating customer enquiries and complaints through to end by calling/writing to customer with resolution, enquiring with appropriate personnel as necessary
• Being responsible for your own sales territory area and completing monthly tasks to deadline.
• Liaising closely with the sales staff/managers & directors within that territory team in order to complete them.

• Be computer literate, with excellent keyboard skills. A working knowledge of ERP system D365 would be advantageous
• Previous experience working within a customer service/administration environment is desirable
• Possess good listening skills and very polite telephone manner (essential)
• To provide Customer Service Excellence to all our customers/staff
• Have a keen eye for detail and an organised, methodical approach to their work
• Ability to keep abreast of latest information about Genus products and services
• Proven ability to prioritise workload
