ABS Global, a Genus PLC Company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a Sales Technician to provide technical knowledge, advice and support. The Sales Technician has primary responsibility for providing support to Sales Representatives, resellers and customers to resolve requests regarding product/service and technical issues while maximizing the benefits derived from the organization’s products and services. Engage in daytime travel to customer sites as required, providing on-site support and consultations. The position is located in Western New York on a remote basis.
The salary range for this position in the US is $55,000 - $65,000 USD plus Commission. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
