This is a pivotal, high-impact leadership role responsible for unlocking rapid commercial growth across a diverse and opportunity-rich region. With a strong focus on acceleration, this role will drive aggressive market growth, margin improvement, and customer penetration in strategically important and growth markets. The postholder will lead and execute company strategy and the commercial agenda across sales, service, and customer experience – translating bold growth ambitions into actionable plans and sustained performance. Success will be defined by commercial stretch, speed of execution, and the ability to turn potential into profitable reality.
The salary range for this position is €84,000 - €150,000 EUR. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
We would also consider employees working in other countries where Genus does business in mainland Europe. Compensation and benefits would be aligned to that country.
