Role Overview

Genus PLC has an exciting opportunity! We are looking for a Fleet & Travel Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support for our North America travel and fleet programs. The position is located in our DeForest, Wisconsin office, and hybrid work is an option. The Fleet & Travel Administrator has primary accountability for managing pool fleet logistics, supporting employee travel booking compliance, assisting with leasing and fuel card administration, and providing backup support for office services as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth travel operations, efficient fleet coordination, and support for carbon reporting and global property initiatives.

 

The salary range for this position in the US is $19 - $22/hr USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

You Will

  • Oversee the administration and day-to-day operations of the Pool Fleet.
  • Support fleet drivers and address related queries.
  • Manage fuel card issuance and respond to driver inquiries.
  • Assist employees with travel bookings, ensuring compliance, and serve as the TMC super-user.
  • Liaise with the UK leasing provider and oversee the license checking system.
  • Maintain and report on vehicle tracking systems.
  • Provide reception cover on a rotational basis.
  • Support carbon reporting by gathering relevant fleet and travel data.
  • Perform additional duties aligned with the role's level and responsibilities.
