Genus PLC has an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a proactive and strategic Regulatory Affairs Manager to support the successful commercialization of our innovative gene-edited products. This role serves as the key link between regulatory requirements and business objectives, ensuring market readiness, compliant launches, and sustained market access across regions. This role will be responsible for translating regulatory requirements into actionable business steps and balancing compliance rigor with commercial speed. The position can be based remotely in the US.
The successful candidate can work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment. The candidate is an excellent communicator, who can influence internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate across teams and functional areas. This candidate is also a strategic thinker, analytical and curious learner who has strong organizational skills and can manage competing priorities.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
