Production Lab Technician

• Operate and monitor production equipment used in cell sorting technology.
• Prepare materials and assemble equipment for production runs.
• Use automated systems to carry out production tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues collaboratively.
• Maintain accurate production records and verify documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality protocols.

• GCSE level education or equivalent.
• Experience in a lab or FMCG environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• A proactive, reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car for daily commute.
