Role Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team

 

You will be responsible for preparing, documenting and disbursing payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. 

 

You will evaluate current systems, recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements, and monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee benefit payments.

 

You will prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including tax payments and benefit plan disbursements etc

 

You will ideally be able to work 2 days per week from our Stapeley office, however we will consider fully remote in the UK for the right person

You Will

  • Have developed expertise in a variety of work processes developed through job-related training/considerable on-the-job experience
  • Typically act as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
  • Work autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Have developed breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems, or acts as the technical expert in an area
  • Use knowledge of how related teams impact achievement of objectives
  • Serve as lead for the team, may allocate work; provides subject matter guidance to more junior team member
  • Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team

Requirements

  • Payroll processing and legislation experience for EMEA
  • High proficiency in Excel with ability to analyze data
  • P11D processing experience (UK) preferred
  • Experience with shadow payrolls for Expat management
  • Knowledge of EMEA/Russia payroll processing (for UK/EMEA based) preferred
  • Benefits administration experience preferred
