The Global Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll processes across the Genus organization’s international operations. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll distribution, compliance with various country-specific regulations, and alignment with company policies and processes. The Global Payroll Manager coordinates with regional HR and finance teams to handle payroll discrepancies, tax filings, and benefits administration where appropriate. Paramount to this position are strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex global payroll systems efficiently. This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee satisfaction and financial accuracy on a global scale.
The salary range for this position is ($110,000.00 - $125,000.00) USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This is a remote based opportunity with preference to be located in the US Central or Eastern time zones. Ideal location would be in or close to one of our US based HQ's (Nashville, TN area or Madison, WI area), but these are preferences.
