Are you an outcome‑driven problem solver with a sharp commercial mindset?
We’re looking for a Portfolio Analyst who thrives on digging beneath the surface—someone who sees systems, not symptoms, and uses insight to drive meaningful decisions. If you’re practical, concise, and dependable with strong follow‑through, you’ll feel right at home here.
In this role, you’ll help shape and optimise our value‑stream portfolio, working closely with partners across the business to ensure investments deliver real impact.
With a clear career path into Portfolio Partner/Manager or Senior Portfolio Analyst roles, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio segment and play a deeper role in investment planning and benefits realisation.
You will enable value-based decision making across Genus’ technology portfolio. Provide clear insight on where value is created or at risk, support prioritisation and planning, and drive adoption of portfolio ways of working across product/value-stream teams and standalone projects.
