PIC Canada, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Farm Production Supervisor to join our team in Carlyle, Saskatchewan.
The Farm Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality care of livestock while achieving farm production goals. This role oversees production scheduling, workforce planning, and team performance, ensuring operational priorities align with business objectives and animal welfare standards.
This position provides hands-on leadership to employees, coaching and developing team members while coordinating activities across multiple farm functions to maintain productivity, facility cleanliness, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in livestock production, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to balance animal care, employee development, and operational performance in a fast-paced agricultural environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining biosecurity, safety, environmental compliance, adherence to the Canadian Pork Excellence (CPE) Program, and the company's animal care standards while driving continuous improvement across farm operations.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based in Carlyle, Saskatchewan. The role follows a rotating schedule every three weeks to ensure coverage for weekends, holidays, and emergency situations. Travel of up to 10% may be required based on business and production needs.
The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000 CAD. The amount provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
