Reporting to EMEA HR Director, the role is an excellent opportunity for you to further develop your strategic business partnering skills across a diverse population, within a people centric, global business.
As a HR Business Partner you will design, implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs. This role anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
Essential duties and responisibilities may include:
Ideally you will have experience of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner for 5 years, working in at least two mainland European countries. You will have a hands-on approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to challenge and influence at a senior level.
You will have a proven track record of working with leadership teams to drive business strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor, providing sound counsel and guidance.
You will have a proven track record in attracting, retaining and building top talent, through partnering with relevant center of excellence (COE).
