Role Overview

Reporting to EMEA HR Director, the role is an excellent opportunity for you to further develop your strategic business partnering skills across a diverse population, within a people centric, global business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a HR Business Partner you will design, implement and monitor a variety of human resource programs.  This role anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.


Essential duties and responisibilities may include:


  1. Interpretting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices
  2. Solving complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
  3. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
  4. Leading teams/projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
  5. Communicating difficult concepts and negotiating with others to adopt a different point of view


Ideally you will have experience of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner for 5 years, working in at least two mainland European countries. You will have a hands-on approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to challenge and influence at a senior level.

You will have a proven track record of working with leadership teams to drive business strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor, providing sound counsel and guidance.

You will have a proven track record in attracting, retaining and building top talent, through partnering with relevant center of excellence (COE).

Desired skills, qualifications and experience:

  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent
  • Cultural adaptability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen
