Are you looking to develop your HR skills in an entry-level role? Genus Plc is recruiting an HR Coordinator to join the Shared Services team to support employees working throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia. This is a part-time (25 hours), position offering hybrid remote working.
The role of HR Coordinator, supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle to employees virtually, over the phone and in-person while working in the Shared Service Centre based in the Genus ABS European Headquarters in Nantwich, Cheshire.
The opportunity offers flexible working hours and a hybrid work location compromised of 60% of your working time in the office and 40% remote working. You can work up to 25 hours per week, you have the opportunity to agree your working days and hours with the EMEA HR Shared Services Manager.
If you are not yet qualified in HR, the option to develop your knowledge and skills in all aspects of HR is available with funded learning opportunities with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
