Are you looking for an opportunity to develop new skills in a fascinating industry? Genus' biotechnical Laboratory is looking for a full-time Production Lab Technician to join the production team to operate production equipment/technology.

The role of Production Lab Technician is available with an immediate start. Although the opportunity is temporary, Genus is committed to retaining talented people.

You can find the Lab in Ruthin, North Wales. Due to the location of the Lab, you will require access to personal transportation to access the Lab for your required shifts.

Job title: Production Lab Technician | Location: Ruthin, North Wales | Hours: Full-time | Shirt Pattern: 12-hours (days and nights), mid-week | Salary: £24,000 | Bonus: Quarterly

• Prepare and maintain the production process
• Operate automated production machinery. Assemble and prepare equipment for production.
• Comply with safety requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing documentation
• Review and provide detailed documentation and check all calculations
• Anticipate potential problems and take preventative action
• Work as a team to effectively troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Provide support to Manufacturing to maintain supply
• Participation in continuous operational improvement

• Experience in working with computer equipment
• Strong attention to detail and respect for quality assurance
• Proven multitasking experience
• Available to work the 12-hour mid-week shift pattern, including days and nights. Some weekend work is required
