We are looking for passionate marketers with a thirst to develop relationships with customers through marketing.

Join us at Genus ABS as an EMEA Social Media Specialist and be our ear on the street, across social media, PR, and community groups and be aware of hot topics in our industry and affecting our customers.

You will ensure we communicate in the right places, with the right people, at the right time and in the right way.

You will own and deliver our social media strategy across paid and organic activity and be comfortable responding to our customers online and offline.

Reporting directly to the EMEA Communications Manager, you have the trust to work autonomously to get the most traction from our content and marketing activity.

• Maintain and improve communication between Genus ABS and customers
• Increase engagement across our communications mix

  • SMS Text & WhatsApp
  • Videos
• Independently research and identify opportunities, including trends, competitor research, and audience building, to increase engagement with our customers
• Analyse and report engagement metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions
• Contribute to product launch sales campaigns and events to influence customers and prospects
• Ensure all activity is tracked and, where possible utilise Hubspot marketing tools

• Demonstrates an excellent standard of communication across written and verbal content;
  • Experience in using design tools to create owned content
  • Experience in marketing automation (Hubspot)
  • Ability to use reporting tools including Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush or other similar platforms
  • Experience in creating and scheduling content
• Driving licence
