The EMEA Genetic Services Specialist delivers world leading dairy genetic consultancy to dairy producers across Europe, Middle-East, Africa and parts of Asia (EMEA). Direct engagement with customers is essential and with it the ability to be persuasive and knowledgeable across a range of advanced breeding strategies in dairy production. This will include the delivery of genetic audits and the production of bespoke insight. They develop and deliver training to the local teams responsible for dairy consultancy and sales. This role leads the implementation of new strategies across the region involving the dissemination / execution of novel and bespoke strategies. This role will contribute to both internal and external research programmes alongside the development of new applied tools. This is an industry leadership role providing the delivery of best practice in applied dairy breeding genetic principles for EMEA.
