To provide administrative and practical support to the Vet Team to facilitate key relationships with all the involved parties.

To facilitate all export requests received by the Vet Team as a priority

• Both for EU and third country
• To organize any additional testing necessary to qualify semen for export
• Liaise with Stapeley and Towcester exports teams
• Liaise with the APHA exports team
• To maintain the qualification batteries on the health system
• To apply for export health certificates via the APHA portal
• To complete export certificates and additional paperwork to the highest standard possible

To maintain veterinary medicines and supplies across all sites

•  To maintain suitable levels of inventory
• To ensure compliance with the veterinary medicines directive on recording and storage of medicines
• To conduct annual inventory audit and price review
• To track antimicrobial use and produce benchmarking report

To provide administrative support for the vet team

• Maintain health records
• Run reports

 To help organize health testing of the bulls and to provide practical support to the vet team on testing days.

• Collect blood, fecal, and sheath wash samples
• Process and submit samples

To support with all the administrative queries 

• To support internal and external customer visits to our facilities
• Responding to all internal and external customer calls/inquiries in a timely manner.
• To work as a team player to achieve overall business objectives in designated areas.
• Attendance at all team meetings as required and training/development opportunities in consultation with your line manager.
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring that the Company's Health and Safety Regulations are
• complied with at all times, taking care not to place yourself in a position likely to endanger your safety or well-being both on the farm and when driving company vehicles. 

• Excellent communication skills are necessary

• A willingness to learn about all areas of the business
