Supply Chain Availability and Production Manager LATAM

The Supply Chain Manager performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.  This role creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers.

• Responsible and management of animal and semen availability according to sales forecast together with PIC export team and local multiplication in the LATAM region aligned with PIC México and Andina sales and supply chain team.
• Supervise the animal and semen production in multipliers and CTG according to the Global PIC health assurance, animal welfare, genetic program and technical services standards.
• Development and management farms and CTG´s work plans together with the account team and customer/multiplier partner.
• Analyze financial, animal performance and farm production, imports performance and KPI´s reports aligned with manager and take actions.
• Direct report coordination and guidance to ensure a correct work environment and development in the company to objective accomplish

• Minimum bachelor´s degree and postgraduate in animals’ science or veterinarian area desirable.
• Minimum 4 years in areas related to animal husbandry, 2 years in pig production experience
• English as a second language.
