Role Overview

As a Customer Services and Invoicing Specialist you will be interacting with customers via phone and email to ensure consistent and first class customer experience. You will also be responsible for processing invoices; verifing pricing to contracts; and calculating market-based pricing components.

 

This is a collaborative position that requires networking with Key Account Managers, Supply Chain, Health Assurance, and Finance, in Spain, UK and across Europe.

 

The business has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 and you need to be able to implement processes within D365.

 

You will report to the Customer Services Manager based in the Sant Cugat Office - Barcelona

You Will

  • Support an ensure efficient process adjustments/credits to customer accounts.
  • Coordination and processing of Customer orders (in D3655) working closely with Supply Chain and Transport.
  • Work closely with Invoicing Team to ensure the correct pricing and billing is applied to all transactions as well as invoicing in accordance with agreed processes.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by responding to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Monitor weekly shipments to ensure invoicing of all direct and indirect sales.
  • Work closely with commercial team and finance to ensure royalty numbers and payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly reports for all direct/indirect sales, semen and royalties and support with month end processes.
  • Track, record and report status of customer royalty reports and generation of invoices.
  • Manage customer accounts receivables, collections, and complete new customer credit investigations.
  • Ensure operational compliance with all PIC business policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales, invoicing, accounting, and customer service experience
  • Experience Microsoft D365 required.
  • Experience of creating opportunities by providing customer solutions.
  • Must be a customer-focused, a team player.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
  • Be able to multi task as well as demonstrate the ability to effectively organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment.
  • Computer literacy is essential, including the ability to operate efficiently in MS Word and MS Excel software.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Multilingual – Spanish and English is essential and preferably German and Italian.
